First, tell us where you are
Whether a goodbye came suddenly or you are calmly planning for your family, what you need to know is in one place.
Take a breath first
Choose the park nearest to you — Taiping, Kulim or Alor Setar. Our staff will tell you what to prepare next.
Our crematorium staff at all 3 branches are able to assist you. If the family has not decided yet, ask our staff to explain both.
In Taiping, Prestavest Comfort Services (PCS) provides an end-to-end service with three memorial halls on site. In Kulim and Alor Setar we work closely with local funeral parlours and undertakers.
For cremation or burial:
Niches and plots can be purchased at-need. Ownership certificates are issued upon full payment.
This is general guidance, not an official procedure. Please follow our staff’s advice on the actual steps and documents.
