Distance Prayer Service (DiPS)
For families who cannot be there in person, we pray on your behalf.
For the convenience of our customers, we launched DiPS to help allay the concerns of customers who are not able to physically be present for prayers and offering (conventional, vegetarian, and Christian options available).
This service is available year-round, including during Qing Ming / Cheng Beng, albeit on a first-come first-served basis.

Silver
Offerings of fruit, buns and cakes with paper offerings (double portion) + photos and video of the prayer sent to you. Prayer date and time arranged by us (no live stream).
Bronze
Offerings of fruit, buns and cakes with paper offerings (single portion) + photos of the prayer sent to you (no video). Prayer date and time arranged by us (no live stream).
Additional offerings and paper items, such as the three meats, rice and dishes, and joss paper, are available as provided by each branch.
How the Prayer Is Done
Steps vary with the package chosen.
Buddhist / Taoist / Conventional
- 1 Tua Pek Kong temple and Ksitigarbha (niches only) — offerings placed and incense offered
- 2 Plot or niche cleaned and offerings laid out
- 3 Earth deity (plots only) and plot or niche — incense offered
- 4 Your message read out to the departed
- 5 Joss paper, spirit tablet and message burned
- 6 Prayer completed — altar and tomb cleaned
Christian
- 1 Plot or niche cleaned
- 2 Fresh flowers offered
- 3 Your message delivered
- 4 Prayer completed
